What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know so we can assist you! If an item is broken in transit, please take photos and email them to us so we can assess the damage.
Currently, we're shipping with Priority USPS, you will have the option to choose your shipping preference at check out. If you have issues please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but please be aware that we have just as much information as you do.
Can you make any kind of custom shadow box?
Of course! just email us with your ideas and we will see what we can do. It may cost more than our listed boxes, just keep that in mind!
What are your custom order turn around times?
Custom orders are just that, made to order. Meaning I make them once the order is placed. There is at least a 2-week turnaround time, not to include shipping time. If you need them faster, please message the website or email us at email@example.com and we can see what we can do!
